Terms & Conditions - Miley's Imports

1. General

  • Miley's Imports operates as an online retail and import business.
  • All products are sold subject to availability.
  • We reserve the right to update prices, policies, and product availability at any time without prior notice.

2. Orders & Payments

  • All orders require full payment or an agreed deposit before processing.
  • Orders are processed only after payment confirmation.
  • Prices do not include delivery unless explicitly stated.

3. Pre-Orders

  • Pre-order items are sourced specifically on behalf of the customer.
  • Once a pre-order is placed with the supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are not permitted.
  • Pre-order shipping timelines are estimated and begin after goods are shipped from the supplier, not from the order date.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Ready stock items are delivered within 72 hours after payment confirmation.
  • Pre-order items take approximately 45 days after shipment.
  • Shipping fees are calculated based on CBM (Cubic Meter), not the value of the item.
  • Delivery is available nationwide within Ghana.

5. Outstanding Balances

  • Any outstanding balance must be paid within 72 hours of arrival notification.
  • Failure to settle outstanding balances may result in resale of the item, and any deposit paid will be non-refundable.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Ready stock items may only be returned if incorrect or damaged, and must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Pre-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate contact and delivery information
  • Being available to receive deliveries
  • Responding promptly to delivery or payment requests

Additional delivery costs caused by customer error will be borne by the customer.

8. Product Variations

Minor differences in color, packaging, or design may occur due to:

  • Supplier production batches
  • Screen display differences

These do not qualify for refunds or exchanges.

9. Delays & Liability

Miley's Imports is not liable for delays caused by:

  • International shipping schedules
  • Customs inspections
  • Port congestion
  • Unforeseen logistics issues

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed dates.

10. Policy Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

  • Decline service to customers who violate these terms
  • Cancel orders where fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected
