Shipping, Pre-Order & Payment Policy - Miley's Imports

1. Ready Stock Orders
Items that are readily available in stock will be delivered within 72 hours after payment confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on the customer's location.
2. Pre-Order Items
For pre-order items, shipping takes approximately 45 days after the goods have been shipped from our supplier, not from the date the order is placed.
Customers will be updated when:
- Orders have been placed with suppliers
- Goods have been shipped
- Items arrive and are ready for delivery
3. Shipping Coverage
We deliver nationwide across Ghana using dispatch riders, courier services, or transport companies depending on the delivery location.
4. Shipping Fees (CBM-Based)
Shipping costs are not based on the price of the item.
Delivery fees are calculated based on the CBM (Cubic Meter) of the package, which reflects the space the item occupies during shipping.
5. Pre-Order Payment Terms
All pre-orders require full payment or the stated deposit before orders are placed with our suppliers. Orders are processed only after payment confirmation.
Once a pre-order has been placed with the supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are not permitted, except where the item becomes unavailable.
6. Outstanding Balance Policy
Any outstanding balance on pre-order items must be fully settled within 72 hours of arrival notification.
Failure to complete payment within this period gives Miley's Imports the right to resell the item, and any deposit paid will be non-refundable.
7. Delivery Responsibility
Customers must ensure they:
- Provide the correct delivery address and contact details
- Are available to receive their orders
Failed deliveries due to incorrect information or unavailability may result in additional delivery charges, which will be borne by the customer.
8. Shipping & Logistics Disclaimer
While Miley's Imports works closely with trusted shipping partners, international logistics may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, including shipping schedules, port congestion, customs inspections, or transit delays.
Delivery timelines for pre-order items are therefore estimates and not guaranteed dates. Customers will be kept informed of any significant updates.
