1. Ready Stock Items

Returns or exchanges are only accepted for ready stock items if:

  • The item delivered is incorrect
  • The item is damaged at the point of delivery

Customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item, supported with clear photos or videos.

Items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original condition and packaging

Approved returns will be exchanged or refunded at our discretion.

2. Pre-Order Items

All pre-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

This is because pre-order items are specially sourced or imported on behalf of the customer.

Once an order has been placed with the supplier, cancellations, returns, or refunds will not be accepted, except where the item becomes unavailable.

3. No Refunds for Delays

Delivery timelines for pre-order items are estimates, not guaranteed dates.

Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by shipping schedules, customs processes, or other logistics factors beyond our control.

4. Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear evidence (photos/videos)

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in the issue being declined.

5. Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or refunds due to:

  • Change of mind
  • Dissatisfaction with size, color, or design after delivery
  • Differences caused by screen display or minor supplier variations

6. Shipping Fees

Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable, even in cases where a return is approved.
